KiteGTM LinkedIn Connector

Help connecting your account

Start at connect.kitegtm.com. Sign in with your existing account, choose your workspace, then open the KiteGTM extension in Chrome.

Before you connect

• Use the same Chrome profile for the setup page, extension and LinkedIn.
• Confirm the workspace and LinkedIn account shown in the extension.
• If the extension is waiting for pairing, refresh the setup page after installing or updating it.
• If no LinkedIn accounts appear, ask your workspace administrator to configure an account.

Contact support

Email support@kitegtm.com. Tell us the extension version, the step that failed and the error message. Do not include passwords, session cookies or access tokens.

Saved-session status

After clicking Connect LinkedIn, return to the setup page and choose Refresh status. A saved session and a validated connection are separate; the page reports what the backend has confirmed.

For removal or deletion requests, contact support or your workspace administrator. Uninstalling the extension does not delete a session already saved by the backend.
